I'm not sure about the hue of it all, as it's not something that we usually relate to... if it was black and white or sepia tone, then you would convey a film-like quality with the piece, but as it lacks that, it feels a bit odd.
I like the framing and how it feels quite old, anyway. The noise and the quality of the watch contribute to that portrayal in a pretty strong way.
I do suggest lowering the saturation a bit and maybe increasing the contrast as well?
Other than that, the execution is great.
